To the NCCFFI Board, Liaisons, and Club Presidents,
There is an NCCFFI Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, February 9th, at 5:30 pm. to about 7:00 pm. You are invited to attend and participate. The main topics of the meeting will be,
- Preparation for the Pleasanton Fly Fishing Show, which will take place on February 27, 28, and March 1.
- Request for volunteers to help with the NCCFFI booth at the show
- Request for volunteers for the Scouts Merit Badge effort, mainly looking for fly tyers, and knot tyers for Saturday and Sunday of the show.
- Club Leadership (Presidents) lunch
- Announcement of the FFI's Fly Fest in September
Club Leadership, President's Lunch -
- The lunch will take place on Saturday, February 28th at 12:00 noon.
- The location of the lunch at the show will be determined.
- Two club leaders are invited from each club. Please RSVP to clayhash.fft@gmail.com or Ron Beltramo at rjbeltramo@aol.com
- We acknowledge that club leadership may have changed on January 1st for some clubs. If you have received this email and you are no longer representing your club, please forward this to the new leadership. Also, please email Mike Dyer your updated club leadership contact information at mike@mkke.org
- We are inviting two representatives from each club to attend the lunch. Please RSVP as above.
- The NCCFFI will provide the entry fee to the show for all attendees of the lunch. Please check in at the ticket booth once you have RSVP.
