Golden State Salmon Association (GSSA) - The GSSA has been working hard to keep salmon alive in rivers and the ocean for several years. Supported by both recreational & sport anglers, the need for recovery is key to the future of many families who’s lives are based on salmon  The pic-ture on the left shows how salmon begin in rivers like the Yuba.  They are dedicated to restoring salmon for their economic, recreational, commercial, environmental, cultural & health values.  We know salmon were once plentiful in rivers like the Yuba.  Their work is to return this great species of fish to that history.
