Fly Fishing Skills Development-Teach the Teachers
As promised, the NCCFFI has launched a Fly Casting Skills Development (
FCSD
) program to enable our fly fishing clubs to offer first class fly casting instruction. The initial step in the program is to train your club's fly casting teachers how to implement the FFI's FCSD program.
Sarah Trenschel and Russ Carpenter have generously offered to conduct a train the teacher program at no charge to your club. Sarah and Russ are both FFI Certified Fly Casting Instructors and fly casting instructors from the Golden Gate Angling and Casting Club (
GGACC
).
Register for an on the grass training session held on Saturday, February 25th at the Pleasanton Fly Fishing Show from 9:30AM to 11:30AM. Use this button to register

PLEASE NOTE:
For registration purposes, you are not an Organization Member unless you serve on the NCCFFI board of directors. So, skip that question and proceed as an FFI Affiliated Club Representative.
Getting one teacher from each club would be a terrific outcome. But, more would even be better!
Should you or your fly casting educators have questions or you need assistance with the registration process, please contact me.
Best regards,
Clay Hash
